IGNITE FITNESS SPECIAL OFFERS
A. I have elected to enter into a 12-month fixed term membership agreement with Ignite Fitness. This payment is due in terms of said membership agreement, and governed by the terms and conditions which are annexed to the membership agreement.
B. I understand that the membership contract with the full terms and conditions will be sent to me within 72 hours of me concluding this transaction, once I have been verified on Ignite Fitness membership system.
C. The terms and membership fees, are made up as follows:
SCHOLARS / STUDENTS 12 MONTHS
- This deal is available only to persons aged 14 to 18, and for students older with a valid student card / proof in order to activate the membership. No one younger than 14 will be permitted to sign up. If you are under the age of 18, you will require parental consent.
- This deal is a fixed term contract for 12 months and the standard cancellation policy applies, as per the contract, in which 1 month notice period is required.
- R2,000.00 (Two Thousand Rand) – Membership Fees
- R300.00 (Three Hundred Rand) – Joining Fee
ADULTS 12 MONTHS
- This deal is a fixed term contract for 12 months and the standard cancellation policy applies, as per the contract, in which 1 month notice period is required.
- R3,000.00 (Three Thousand Rand) – Membership Fees
- R300.00 (Three Hundred Rand) – Joining Fee
E. I understand and acknowledge that the monthly rate I will be paying for this membership represents a significant discount and that in the event of my cancelling my membership such discount may be recovered from me in the form of a penalty (in accordance with Section 14 (3) (b) (i) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008) with respect to the discount granted to me in contemplation of the agreement enduring for its intended fixed term.
F. I acknowledge that I will remain bound by the standard terms and conditions of the Ignite Fitness membership agreement which will be sent on confirmation of this membership.
